Join Our Team as a Qatari Internal Auditor!

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Internal Audit Director in developing and implementing a risk-based Annual Audit Plan and other aspects of internal audit operations.
- Conduct audits to evaluate and improve risk management, internal controls, and governance processes, including special projects requested by the Audit Committee or Director.
- Analyze processes, operations, and systems, providing advisory services and actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
- Lead audit missions, including planning, execution, and reporting, with a risk-focused approach and compliance with standards.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports, incorporating management feedback and ensuring actionable outcomes.
- Monitor the implementation status of audit recommendations and provide follow-ups to ensure compliance.
- Conduct fraud investigations, manage the fraud hotline, and provide timely responses to management's advisory requests.
- Collaborate with external auditors by sharing organizational insights while maintaining independence.
Stay informed on internal audit best practices and organizational risk profiles to deliver high-quality and value-added advisory services.
About You:
We are seeking a results-driven and ethical professional who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CFE, CISA, etc.)
- 6–8 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
Your Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (other languages such as French or Spanish are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
