Qatar 2022 Bid Committee (Qatar 2022) and Reach Out to Asia (ROTA) recently established an exciting new partnership aimed at improving opportunities for youth in Asia to learn about and play football, while also contributing to community development objectives. This concept paper proposes a program that will engage youth and communities in Nepal and Pakistan, building local capacity to implement football programs and address pressing social concerns. A highlight of the program will be an educational visit to South Africa by 16 youth selected from the two countries through a competitive process. This program will also generate numerous opportunities to bring visibility to Qatar 2022's support to developing nations in the region.
