Professional Support Programme (PSP)
PSP consists of three major components namely: Training,Follow-up, and, Support Material provision.
The programme will address overall 66 teachers, head teachers. Moreover, for enduring effects, at the end of the academic session, teachers will go through a comprehensive refresher course. All trainings will be conducted by resource persons from AFAQ.the objectives of the program are:
1. By the end of June 2010, 66 teachers will have developed more pedagogical skills by applying lesson planning, classroom management and interactive teaching techniques.
2. By the end of June 2010, 66 teacher will have enhanced their relevant subject competence in Science, Mathematics and English in terms of content and its delivery 3. By the end of June 2010, ROTA constructed 17 schools will have up-lifted management and academic performance
