The outcome of the both participatory process will inform School Improvement Plan (SIP)/ Disaster Preparedness Plan (DP), which will be a strategic document for school improvement in terms of increasing education quality and school safety. Trainings to teachers and head teachers on child centered learning and school management respectively have also been proposed.
